Getting Started

  1. Call, email, or Contact us to set up a complimentary assessment. Please provide several dates and times so that we can best accomodate your schedule. Remember to include the time zone you are in.
  2. Initially, we will discuss what your objectives are and determine the biggest challenges you are facing.
  3. We will get back to you with a custom-tailored proposal and review the process, assessment, goals, desired results, confidentiality, and pricing. This is determined on an individual basis for each person or company.
  4. Implementation

    Phase One

    After we assess your information, we will put an effective plan in place to create the best results for you.

    Phase Two

    Implement plan through coaching and/or specialized trainings. The process can range from a one-time training to ongoing training to produce tangible results. The focus will be discovery then applied action.

  5. Create an Ongoing Culture of Learning and Improvement

    • After the initial process, there will be awareness around the value of a more permanent mechanism for continual growth.
    • Coaching to measure, monitor, and adjust growth.
    • Coaching for brainstorming ideas.
    • Coaching for change modifications.
    • Continual leadership trainings to integrate adjustments from coaching and to grow with your company.
